Modern Style Kitchen Renovation

Sydney, Kingsford

13/01/24

A modern kitchen style renovation is characterized by clean lines, minimalistic design, and a focus on functionality and efficiency. This style often incorporates sleek cabinetry with flat-panel doors, stainless steel appliances, and a neutral colour palette.

Modern kitchens frequently include large islands or breakfast bars, perfect for casual dining and additional workspace. High-quality materials such as quartz, granite, and timber are commonly used for countertops and flooring, ensuring durability and easy maintenance. Energy-efficient lighting, including under-cabinet and pendant lights, enhances the overall ambiance while being environmentally friendly.

This style not only elevates the look of your home but also adds significant value, making it a popular choice for homeowners looking to combine beauty and practicality in their kitchen space.

Behind the scenes

Take a look at how our BAYS phases renovation process brought this project to life, from start to finish…

STEP 1: Planning Inspirations

We start by gathering inspiration pictures of design styles our client likes. Our process will help channel their creativity and we guide them along the way.

STEP 2: Shopping List

During a one hour designer session video call, we create a mood board, and then a shopping list from all our reputable products, or our clients picks. These items best encapsulate our clients vision, ready for them to approve through our online portal.

STEP 3: 3D Graphic Render

Using this shopping list, our graphic Architects begin creating a photo realistic 3D digital render of our clients proposed space, so that they can envision all materials coming together. Be confident through visualisation!

STEP 4: Trade Setout Plan

After the 3D render is approved, our client's personal project manager will then begin developing detailed tradie set-out plans, to ensure a smooth and accurate build process, that can be built on schedule, and according to the approved design.

STEP 5: Building Stage

Our team are assigned their start date by our project manager, and begin demolition, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing and tiling works, under supervision, and according to the detailed trade plans. Our team are fully licenced and master-craftsmen in their trade, with all work completed to Australian Standards and Warranted.
