Who are we, and what is our mission?

BAYSgroup is a bathroom and kitchen renovation construction company so of course, we specialises in kitchen and bathroom renovations.

We believe that by focusing on a specific niche in the building industry, we are able to minimise distractions, and maximise focus on creating great projects for our customers.

Through consistent iteration and improvement after each project, we have become exceptionally efficient in creating a bathroom and kitchen renovation experience that is reliable, predictable, and faster than ever before. Through our unique BAYS phases, we take you step by step through the entire renovation process, which includes planning inspiration mood boards, picking your materials, 3D designing the style of your dreams, and then building it to life. All to give you, the customer, complete confidence in achieving your vision.

Our mission is to transform the homeowners renovation experience, to create a service with the best possible value, speed, and outcome. This will be done by relentless and passion driven focus on new technologies to create a better start to end service. We compare our current work only to our previous work, and aim to evolve day by day.

BAYSgroup is commited to transforming your outdated space into a beautiful and luxurious staple of your home.

Our Unique BAYS Phases ™

PLANNING PHASE

The first step is planning your room layout. Our project manager will help you maximise space and function using our online floor plan

1

SHOPPING PHASE

With the help of your designer, go through your inspirations styles and a mood board session, to create a shopping list for the timeless interior that you will love

2 DESIGN PHASE

Our graphic architects will create for you a realistic 3D render of your room using your shopping list, then you can purchase your list with confidence through visualisation

3 BUILD PHASE

Our tradies will build your planned design into reality using the 3D render as their guide. We ensure all work is warranted and built to the Australian Standards

4 Why Choose Us?

To solve your problems

Experience our unique BAYS phases. Our completely done for you 4 step bathroom renovation process, to help you tackle the daunting tasks associated with planning, scheduling and designing your kitchen or bathroom renovation.

We focus on you

We focus on only the city we are based in. We believe by limiting where we serve, we can achieve higher quality bathroom renovations and kitchen renovations for our customer base. Sometimes expanding isn’t the answer, especially if it means compromising on quality.

Reputable through word of mouth

Since 2021, we have grown our customer base by over 200%. This wouldn’t be possible without a reputable and honest bathroom renovation and kitchen renovation service that people are happy to refer to friends and family.

So that you can have security

A 2020 Mozo report finds new property owners are plagued by over $10.5 Billion dollars in building defects in the construction market, ensure you pick the right bathroom and kitchen renovator.

Get a profit on your investment

Bathroom and Kitchen renovations when done correctly and with important elements in mind, can increase your home value by up to 25%. MAKE MONEY by renovating. Our designers will ensure your design gets you the most value.

So you can get the best result

More than a THIRD of all bathroom renovations we take on are a result of poor waterproofing workmanship, sometimes you wouldn't even know yet. Our Build process makes sure you don’t need to renovate twice.

Our Customers Always Get The Design They Envisioned!

Anthony did an excellent job bringing our vision for the bathroom to life. Throughout each step of the process he patiently answered all our questions and was transparent. It took slightly longer than expected but the outcome was good. I recommend Anthony’s work.

I couldn't be happier with the work Anthony and Bays team did on my renivation project. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly skilled. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional. Every detail was carefully considered, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. They were also very respectful of our home and kept the work area clean and tidy. Anthony was excellent and super patient at communicating throughout the project, keeping us informed and addressing any questions or concerns promptly. They were also flexible and accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend Bays group to anyone looking for a reliable and talented builder for their kitchens and toilets . They truly went above and beyond to make our project a success.
